Welcome to our Adoption Web Page. It was originally set up in October of 2003 to keep people updated on our adoption experience in the Ukraine. We have been home a while now and update several times a month fo those faithful readers who might wonder how we are doing.

This is our little angel. Five years ago today we nervously entered a courtroom in Kiev, Ukraine where a judge declared us Isabella’s parents. It was a very long cold, dreary day. It was the day we met the Massmans who also adopted from Boyarka. It was a day of waiting in the car, eating sandwiches and going to Billa Tserkva to get a new birth certificate. It was a day that forever changed our lives! It was the day I became a mom!

Five years has gone by quickly as we watched our little Ukrainian princess grow and experience new things. She has changed so much, she gets more physically beautiful everyday and we try endlessly to try and make sure she is growing endlessly more beautiful on the inside as well. She has come a long way from the Boyarka baby house. We are truly blessed and thankful that we have been entrusted with this beautiful life.
