Thank you for visiting. We journaled throughout Cole's life and have posted them here. Colie died on July 28, 2004 of Leukemia AML (M5) just 3 months before he turned 2 years old. After his passing we continued to write, it was healthy for us to share how we were feeling.

I wanted to thank those who continue to visit this site. I have so many journal entries of the pain that we went through. Then there is the joy that I remember most and that is what brings me back.
I have been journaling at my new private site for months. Since Cole, I have pubicly shared my life with all the ups and downs, the births of children and now my divorce. Sometimes I wish I had my privacy back but I realize this is the path Im lead to walk down.
On Monday marked Cole's 4th year of his passing. A day I tend to dread all month. This year, however, I felt a sense of peace. I am now aware what the gift of time does. The intense sorrow and pain is no longer. I have memories that flood my brain and those memories are what make me sad. I wish I had more of them. What I dont miss is Cancer and what it had done to my child. With time I was able to distinguish the two feelings and only focus on the positive.
Both Emma and Andrew are growing and are very happy. My little love's are so incredibly sweet with each other and have a very special bond. I love my nights sitting on the couch together and of course both fight for my attention on who gets the most kisses. I dont mind, I have much to give.
I have been dating someone for over a year now and we are quite happy. Kids love him and we are slowly moving forward. Dating him has been a wonderful experience and we have been having so much fun.
