Journal
Thursday, May 14, 2009 10:55 AM CDT It has been 4 years and 6 months since her bone marrow treatment. Thanks be to God she is still cancer free!
Ashley is still doing very well! She is in kindergarten and just celebrated her 6th birthday last month.
There are some complications that are arising from the radiation treatments she received, but they are manageable. She has cataracts in both eyes, which the doctor says she has the eyesight of an 80 year old! They operated on her left eye a few days ago, and will do the other eye in a few months. She also needs hearing aides.
